To match our growth, we are seeking to recruit a number of multi-skilled professionals from diverse global background to support our ever increasing operation. The positions are:

1.       Head of Operation
                              
Description
The Operations Manager will carry out administrative and accounting duties by organizing and coordinating banking services. The role will also involve assessment of staff activities and performances by evaluating transaction reports and accounts balance for accuracy and clarity. He/she will be required to create and foster a cohesive team and promote a positive work environment, demonstrate a general working knowledge of our products and services.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company.
  • Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in our banking operations team.
·         Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments to deliver effective financial services to clients.
·         Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.
·         Ensure Best Practices through our processes and policies in support of our goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output; and limbing our organizational culture in all staff members through personal coaching and granting of bonuses and other incentives to motivate staff.  Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
·         Develop financial back up plans to protect business operations in the event of major crises that could result in huge losses.
·         Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountability. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff.  Monitor and evaluate performance.
·         Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.  Manage the maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
·         Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
·         Planning and managing support sales and marketing activities.
·         Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
·         Create and implement long term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run.
·         Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks.
·         Oversee the processing of centralized loans and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed.
·         Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels.
·         Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations.
·         Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.

Qualifications and Key Skills

The ideal candidate must have a College degree in BBA/MBA in banking from a recognized University. Relevant experience includes + 2-year cash handling experience (required); + 3 year's Supervisory experience in a cash handling position, 1-year customer service experience, and at least 1 year of banking experience.  At least 1 year in a professional environment on the teller line will be an added advantage. 

 The following attributes will be an added advantage: ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities while successfully meeting objectives and goals, serves as the role model for delivering personal World Class Service and ensures the same from teller staff, Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills required. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Uses good judgment in applying procedures and granting exceptions balancing the need for compliance and good customer service.


2.       Deposit Mobilizer     -       3 Posts
·         Manage the High network of individual customer’s portfolio for the company.
·         Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
·         Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
·         Review and update credit and loan files.
·         Enhances and establishes relationship with existing and perspective customers in the segment of various taking to clients on weekly basis.
·         Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate and according to policy.
·          Computing payment schedules.
·         Keeping abreast with new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to be better meet customers' needs.
·         Any other task as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Required Skills
Education and qualification: Graduate/MBA.
Work experience: +3 years in Sales/Banking will be preferred.
Technical skills: Proficiency in computer especially MS Office, knowledge of Banking systems products and services.

3.       Loan Officer           -            2 Posts
·         Support the setting up of credit policies idea for operational loan policy.
·         Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
·         Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits for management approval. Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.

·         Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching these goals.
·         Negotiate payment with customers who have delinquent loans.
·          Handle customer complaints.
·           Provide special services investment banking for clients with more specialized needs.
·         Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral network in order to locate prospects for loans.
·         Prepare reports for submission to customers with delinquent accounts for collector action.
·         Arrange for and liquidation of delinquent properties.  
·         Any other tasks as may be delegated from time to time.  

Qualifications and Required Skills
Education and qualification: Graduate/MBA.
Work experience: +3 years in Sales/Banking will be preferred.
Technical skills: Proficiency in computer especially MS Office, knowledge of Banking systems products and services.


4.       Head Cashier    
The Head Cashier will be responsible for supervising a group of cashiers and rendering assistance with transactional duties. He/she will be responsible for ensuring accurate computation of the entire invoice on the basis of goods and services acquired by customers. A considerable period of time will be expended by the head cashier on recruiting and education of staff. The promotion will be conferred on reliable individuals who are highly efficient and whose work standards may have impacted other cashiers positively.

·         He/she makes them familiar with the company’s human resources standards as well as the policies that encompass conduct of staff at workplace.
·         Ensuring clients feel welcome and accepted and provide feedback to clients’ inquiries.
·         Organize transactions relating to customers in from of card and cash expenditure.
·         Makes use of cash registers and is accountable for inspecting the inventory’s front-end operations where other cashiers are carrying out their duties.       
·         Ensure that the checkout section is orderly and secure.
·         Ascertain that transactions involving customers are expeditiously and efficiently processed.
·         Oversee all front end pursuits by stopping over at customer service desk, commercial records and front line journals.
·         Provide rapid response to client complaints and acknowledging them professionally.
·         Mentor simple cashiers in the mastery of outstanding customer service.
·         Designate duties to the cashier unit daily and decide on extent of daily workload.
·         Find resolution to team conflicts daily and carry out disciplinary actions on offenders.
·         Collect and pay checks, credit cards, and wire transfer; and complete each transaction in line with enacted principles and procedures.
·         Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the CFO/Operations Manager from time to time.
Qualification and Required Skills
The following successful applicant should have: 
+5 years of experience in a busy commercial setting plus an Associate degree in business, economics, mathematics or in related course from a recognized University. You should be able to work in a high pressure environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player and also be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays. Others are:
  • Ability to utilize fundamental mathematical concepts and sufficient understanding of weights and measures.
  • Physically fit and able to execute tasks involving extended periods in positions of standing, sitting, or carrying out other activities affiliated with the task at hand.
  • Outstanding client service skills and optimistic demeanor.

5.       Driver Job Description     -    1   Post
The driver will put the pedal to their mental faculties.  He/she will operate our official vehicle.  He/she should   be quick to know highways and roads, observe traffic laws, and be able to stay focused on the road.


Job Skills and Requirements
·         Hand-Eye Coordination: You will be operating a complex machine while trying to find addresses, talk to passengers and observing other drivers on the road. You will need great hand-eye coordination to make sure you are accident free.
·         Hearing: You will need to hear passenger instruction, talk to dispatchers, and speak with people at the delivery site. Good hearing is a must.
·         Stamina: Long days on the road and lifting and moving materials can all be part of your day as a driver.
·         Good Vision: You will have to watch everything on the road for potential collisions, accidents and mishaps.
·         Map-Reading Skills: Don't get lost. Learn to read a map.
·         Punctuality: Drivers are expected to get to their destination on time. Being able to manage your time wisely will help you with that.
·         Math Skills: In some driver jobs, you will have to make change, count supplies and use basic math.
